What makes Before the Bell Unique?
Dr. Bryant has a proven record in transformational leader having led a school in the urban core with 99% of the school population minority and on free/reduced lunch to proficiency numbers that rival the district average. This leader brings a fresh voice to issues involving educating students in poverty often speaking to subjects that others refuse to touch. This fearless leader uses a strong sense on school culture to affect positive change that can be felt in students, schools, families and communities. This is a voice that needs to be heard, and periscope provides the platform weekly.
Topics?
Topics for the broadcasts will include but not be limited to:
Format?
The format will be 10-15 minutes to include teaching/talk on topic with some support in research but much of the support in the work. The program will be closed out in prayer.
What does the show look to do?
The show looks to inspire leaders providing a community of leaders. The desire is to provide an active link in each week’s broadcasts with reflections and other samples for leaders to follow. Question – where is the profit here? There should also be a blog so that leaders can gather and exchange ideas.
